About The Event
Pilates will strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and improve your posture. Our certified Pilates instructor will facilitate sessions that are designed to provide the ultimate benefit for the participants. The environment is encouraging and all levels of experience are welcome.
-Purchase 8 or 14 classes and then pick and choose which ones you will attend.
-Classes available on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm.
-Rescheduling your class is only available up to 48 hours before class start.
-Package expires August 31st. An
y unused credits will be forfeited.
